We are Shiksha Avam Gramin Vikas Samiti (SAGVS). Shiksha Avam Gramin Vikas Samiti is a voluntary organization which is registered under the Society Registration Act 1860.
It was established by a group of likeminded social workers, who were working in the fields of basic health, education, unorganized worker's welfare, environmental protection, rural development, women empowerment and human rights. Organization began with very limited resources as well as manpower.
The organization aims to empowerment of the economically weaker & socially marginalized section of the society through capacity building of the people. |

| As far as the legal status of "Shiksha avam Gramin Vikas Samiti" is concern, it is legally constituted voluntary organization having registration under the societies Registration Act. 1860. It works on No Profit-No Lass basis. |

| Shiksha Avam Gramin Vikas Samiti works among unorganized workers, women, children and poor. Major areas of interest of the organization are basic health, education, unorganized worker's welfare, environmental protection, rural development, women empowerment and human rights. |

| Shiksha Avam Gramin Vikas Samiti works to enhance their capacities so that they can realize their potentialities and can bring a positive change in their levies. In other words it can be said that Shiksha Avam Gramin Vikas Samiti works not for the people but with the people. |
