Membership |
| The membership of the society is open for any person or persons who has attained the age of majority and fulfill the terms and conditions of the society, without discrimination of the religion, caste, colour or creed, but subject to the approval of the Governing body, if the membership is refused to a certain person or persons the reason for refusal shall be communicated to the person concerned. |

Admission fee Rs.100/- at the time of Admission

Termination of Membership |
he Governing body shall have the power to expel a member from the society on the following terms and conditions:-
1. On his/her death,
2. Non payment of subscription continuously for more than three month from due date.
3. On his/her written resignation. 4. He/She has not attended three consecutive meeting of the General body without any intimation. |

Appeals |
| All the appeals should be preferred to the general body of the society, the decision of the general body shall be final. The reason for rejection shall be communicated to the person concerned. |

Re-Admission |
| In case of member expelled by the general body, the same can be re-admitted provided the members concerned pays all up-to date dues. The decision of the general body shall be final. |

Bank account |
| The bank account of the society shall be operated by the Treasurer and General Secretary. |

| All the members of the society will constitute the general body. |

Functions of the general body |
1. To consider any business brought forward by the governing body,
2. There shall be an annual meeting of the general body in the month of March every year.
3. Not less than 15 days notice shall be given to the members before the date of general body meeting enclosing agenda specifying date, time and place. |

Governing Body |
| The governing body strength shall not be less than 7 and not more than 21. The members of the Governing body shall hold the office for 2 years. The meeting of the Governing body shall hold the office as and when necessary for which 15 days clear notice will be required and quorum shall be 2/3. |

Election and Quorum |
| The general body in its annual meeting will elect its president and all the office bearers and member in the month after 2 years, by the secret ballot papers, The quorum of the General body and governing body shall be 2/3rd. |

Function of the governing body |
1.To arrange finance if required from other bank(s), institution or individuals or reasonable terms and conditions and the governing body as a whole is liable for its return.
2.The governing body shall take plan for the future programs of the society.
3.The appointment, termination and fix duties of any staff.
4.The governing body shall meet at least once in a month.
5.To publish literature, to propagate the system and to approach the public to uplift the status of the society.
6To accept donations, charities, loans, grants, properties etc. from public, other association agencies, Govt. Department in the interest of the promotion or the aims and objects of the society

Management of funds |
| All the income of the society shall be deposited in the Bank. |

Powers and duties of the office bearers |
| PRESIDENT |
He will be the head of the society and preside over the meeting of the general body and governing body. He will have the rights of casting of vote in case of tie. |
| VICE-PRESIDENT |
In the absence of the president the Vice-President shall enjoy all power and duties which are entrusted to the president. |
| GENERAL SECRETARY |
- To sign on behalf of the society conduct its correspondence and to records the proceedings of the such meetings.
- To summon an attend the meeting of the general board
- To call ordinary general meeting if desired on writing request of at least twenty members.

| TREASURE |
In the absence of the general secretary the secretary shall enjoy all power & duties which are entrusted to the general secretary. |
| SECRETARY |
He shall keep account of all receipt and expenditure of the society and to furnish necessary information of the governing body. He will keep with him Rs.500/- and the balance amount will have deposited in the Bank/post office etc. etc. |

Audit |
| The account of the society shall be audited at least once in a years by an auditor by the governing body. |

Financial Year |
| The financial year of the society shall start from the 1st day of April to 31st day of March every year. |

Tenture |
| The terms of governing body shall be two years. |

Amendment |
| (Alteration extension or abridgement of purposed (Aims and objects) or name section 12 & 12 A of the S.R. Act of 1860 as applicable to the Union Territory of Delhi. The amendment in the memorandum shall be made under this section. |

Legal Proceeding (Section 6 of the Act):- |
| The society may sure or be sued in the name of the president as per provisions laid down under section 6 of the S.R.Act of 1860, as applicable to the Union Territory of Delhi. |

Annual List of The Governing Body |
| Once in every year list of the office bearers and members of the governing body shall be filled with the registrar of society Delhi as required under section 4 of the Society Regn. Act, as applicable to the Union Territory of Delhi. |

Dissolution |
| If the society need to be dissolved it shall be dissolved as per provisions laid down under section 13 & 14 S.R., Act of 1860 as applicable to the Union Territory of Delhi. |

Application of the act |
| All the provision under all the sections of the societies regn. Act of 1860, as applicable to the Union Territory of Delhi, shall be apply to this society. |

Essential Certificate |
| "Certified that this is the correct copy of Rules and Regulation of the society". |
